I felt compelled to write this letter expressing my gratitude for a job well done. Over the years I have had numerous experiences with law firms and to say the least, most have not been positive. Initially the referral to your organization made me uneasy not knowing your track record. However, after more than a year of depositions, communications and correspondence, I became very comfortable with my choice.
