Mr. Goldberg graduated from Tulane University's School of Engineering in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. He attended Franklin Pierce Law Center and in 1994 simultaneously received a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Intellectual Property Law. He is admitted to practice in New York's U.S. Southern District and U.S. Eastern District, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Goldberg is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
